everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, good location to centre of denia. coffee, breads, cereals and cheese were good and overall there was variety of food. location: the property was next to the beach, castle, and restaurants, adsubia and the port and the old town. and it's a 10-15 minute walk from nou roma restaurant, ate there once or twice.

Amiable staff and incredible location to Denia town centre. Good food served, like coffee, fresh bread, cereal, and cheese. - Fairly clean little hotel.

It has a perfect location; 10 minutes walk to the beach and downtown. It's all very handy. There's a Mercadona two minutes away. Regarding the parking, there are many public places around and we were lucky but the truth is that being relatively close to the center, is a little complicated. In the hotel they have parking for 10 euros a day. As for the room: very wide, very comfortable bed, very well equipped bathroom with few amenities (they are envelopes) but this is something that we did not care since we always carry in the toilet bag. Breakfast: very complete (toast, pastries, fruit, nuts, various types of infusions, coffee, various milks, juices, ...) The only thing, the dining room something small and if all the tables are occupied, you have to wait but really, I do not consider it significant. And finally, the staff: very friendly and helpful. They gave us indications and recommendations. We had problems with the key twice and they solved them quickly and kindly. Ah! and they have an elevator :-). In short, I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Maybe the pillow's a little low, but this is personal.

hotel is a two-star that could be a three perfectly. beds are super comfortable and rooms are very quiet. location is great, beach is 3 minutes away as well as the port and you can park very close to it without the need for a car park, we park on the street behind without any problem. breakfast is normal, I expected some more fruit and place is small, although we did not have to wait there were people who did. Blonde receptionist (I don't know her name) is great, she showed us everything perfectly and always welcomed us with a smile. For me I would repeat because she was great

In room 201 the air conditioning was vibrating and sounding a lot, we called the reception and they told us they would fix it but it stayed like that and we had to turn off the air to be able to sleep and sometimes we were hot. The floor maids sometimes cleaned everything and other times they just made the beds and swept, they even didn't change our sheets although they were stained, this happened several times, another day they forgot to put towels on us and I had to go down to the reception to get them, there were no big ones and we had to dry with small ones, they also told us that they would take us up bigger ones but it didn't happen.

The location was perfect, right by nice restaurants, the ferry, and the town center of Denia. Everybody was friendly and multilingual.- I greatly enjoyed this hotel and would like to stay longer.

Although it doesn't have any luxuries, bed was very comfortable, I booked it at the last minute and there were only rooms with separate beds and I wondered if they could give me one with a double bed. I thought they wouldn't pay any attention to me and what was my surprise when we arrived? They had given us a double bed. cleaning is very good, location is very close to the beach and restaurant area, although the hotel is very quiet. fantastic staff. reception, cleaning staff and chaca who takes care of the breakfast is always aware that nothing is missing, always replenishing before it's over. I'm sure we'll repeat.

The noise of the doors. When the clients leave the room they let the door close by itself and they slam the door quite early in the morning, starting at 7 am. To put some stick but for the rest everything is fine

cleaning of the rooms and bathroom is very good and in general the air conditioning and beds are comfortable. attention of the receptionist who is in the morning (very nice).

breakfast is very poor and breakfast room is very small and sometimes you have to wait for other tables to end up with the consequent discomfort that this generates and worst thing is the woman who is daily replenishing the food as she is a person who is constantly on top of the customers telling them that they toast the bread too much, not toasting croissants and not taking the juice from the fridge (fridge on display to the public) and also refilling the oil from another bottle when hotel and catering regulations stipulate that olive oil must be served in single doses or in bottles that cannot be refilled. if you change a chair to another table so as not to wait so long, lady also scolds the customers. (not that we are children). hotel doesn't have a swimming pool (although I understand that's why it's cheaper). rooms with double bed are smaller but they did not warn us when we entered.

The price and location.. Geno, the girl at the morning reception, who was a real charmer and helped us with everything we asked her

It's the same every day at breakfast, everyone. And when it's a long stay, you get pretty fed up. Fried tomatoes for breakfast instead of natural, brick juice... there were things that, if you went down at the last minute to have breakfast, there were no things left and no replacements. The walls are paper. You hear it all. If you get someone with kids or who talks loudly, you're hunched over. They put us in a room where every 5 minutes there was a super loud noise (the air conditioning filter) and that didn't stop even at night. After one night without sleeping, we commented on it, they told us that they already knew (if they already know because they don't fix it) and so we spent another whole day until we complained again and they didn't change the room. The garage door (the one you pay for when you leave the car), broke down. In 6 days they didn't fix it... the solution: the open door, to be able to go in and out. Consequence: You pay for a parking lot that anyone on the street could enter and open the car if they want.. One of the guys at the reception, used to be on the afternoon shift and seemed to be bothered by work. We said about the noise and he didn't write it down, so we had to put up with it for another day. The hotel approves because it has a good price, but he wouldn't repeat.

The room was new, clean and most of the staff (cleaners, lifeguard, reception, security, entertainers) were attentive and pleasant. The pool was always clean, the deckchairs were new, the resort's entertainers were very cool and super cool and... That's it.

To begin with, we'll talk about the treatment of the waiters, is as deficient as their cuisine. Passive, unable to give you back the billiard coin because he had swallowed the cue ball, super attentive to ask you for the command of the drink, since we did not have it included, serious and grumpy gestures, I felt cold in such a warm climate, as if happiness would be extinguished every time the waiter passed by. On the other hand I will talk about the cocktails, they had in a beautiful letter and that when we ordered them we managed to observe how he put into the cocktail an envelope of these that are like pure fruit, I as ignorant as always, I thought that the result could be satisfactory once mixed with the shaker, no. It looked like one of those purées I used to drink when I was a kid, with a fruit flavor, with a horrifying texture, I didn't finish it, only drink that was worth it was the Cervera and bottle of water, since the rest of the drinks came out of a burger king type machine? Finally, we will talk about the food in the free buffet, with 70% of frozen products (which can't be bad either if the frozen is good) and 30% of non-frozen products. Apart from having simple food, it was badly cooked, most of the meat was dry or very cooked. Meatballs and mushrooms from the Mercadona, ultra frozen potatoes, soft bread, boat sauces.. a lot of things that are not pleasant for the palate and stomach.

Clean, modern, safe garage parking, internet, cheap

The walls between the rooms are very thin. We were woken at 6.45 by two people in the next room talking.
